Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) FMIPA UNY Conducts Workshop on Compiling Satisfaction Survey Reports

The Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of FMIPA UNY held a workshop on compiling a survey report on the satisfaction of lecturers, education staff, and students regarding performance and various services on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. This report was prepared as the accountability of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) of FMIPA, UNY  to the Dean of FMIPA UNY and the Chancellor of UNY

To ensure the quality of performance and services to students, lecturers, education staff, cooperation partners, and users of graduates UNY through the Directorate of Quality Assurance (DPM) continuously conducts surveys to determine the level of satisfaction of various parties with performance and various services at UNY. For this reason, in 2024 a satisfaction survey was conducted from various stakeholders and academic communities using valid and reliable instruments developed by DPM UNY.
